Position Description:

CGI is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead full cycle recruiting for complex technology and consulting positions while partnering closely with hiring leaders to support business growth and critical client initiatives.

You will recruit across disciplines such as software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital transformation. As a trusted talent advisor, you will bring strong sourcing expertise, market intelligence, and a consultative approach to help leaders attract and hire high-quality talent in a competitive market. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving difficult talent challenges, and is comfortable balancing hands-on recruiting with strategic partnership.

This position is based in Dallas, TX in a hybrid working environment. CGI Partners should be prepared to work from a local CGI office as needed.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Lead full cycle recruitment for technical and professional positions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with workforce needs and business priorities.
• Conduct intake meetings to define position requirements, target candidate profiles, market conditions, and hiring timelines.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, market research, and other sourcing channels.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with passive technical talent.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, experience, career interests, and alignment with position requirements.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process and deliver a positive, responsive candidate experience.
• Provide hiring leaders with market intelligence related to talent availability, compensation, competitive hiring activity, and recruiting trends.
• Coordinate interviews and drive timely feedback and hiring decisions.
• Prepare, negotiate, and extend employment offers in partnership with HR and business leadership.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Use recruiting metrics and pipeline data to identify challenges and improve hiring outcomes.
• Participate in employer branding, recruiting process improvements, and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders while serving as a consultative talent advisor.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 7+years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting technology, consulting, digital, or professional services organizations.
• Demonstrated success recruiting technical talent across areas such as software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, DevOps, ERP, or technology consulting.
• Advanced sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Strong consultative skills and experience partnering with hiring managers and senior business leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple high priority requisitions in a fast paced environment.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, relationship management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience using recruiting data and metrics to guide decisions and improve results.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment regulations and recruiting compliance requirements, including EEOC and OFCCP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Preferred Qualifications
• Recruiting experience within consulting, systems integration, or professional services.
• Experience supporting large scale or high volume technology hiring initiatives.
• Familiarity with U.S. employment based immigration and work authorization considerations.
• Experience with talent CRM platforms, pipeline development, or talent communities.
• Experience using recruiting analytics and labor market intelligence tools.
• Relevant Talent Acquisition, LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS, or SHRM certifications.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,600.00 $139,300.00.
