Senior Technical Project Manager - Frozen Treats / Ninja Needham, MA (On-site) | Connected ProductsSharkNinja is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to own new product development within our Frozen Treats category - your first project will be the Ninja Creami. You'll be the connective tissue across a global team spanning Needham, London, and China, driving engineering deliverables and cross-functional alignment from concept through mass production.
What you'll own- End-to-end product delivery across multiple projects - scope, budget, and timeline are yours to protect
- The why and when of each project, in close partnership with engineering leads who own the how
- Cross-functional alignment: translate rapidly shifting requirements from Marketing, Quality, and PMO into clear direction for technical teams
- Executive-facing status updates - distilling risks, decisions, and milestones for senior stakeholders
- Monthly spend reporting and proactive budget risk flagging
- Global meeting cadence: agenda, facilitation, and follow-through
- Ensure global team alignment on product direction ("right product")
- Maintain project schedules to meet timelines and retailer requirements ("right time")
What we're looking for- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a product development environment
- Hands-on understanding of injection molded parts, tooling, and Asian supplier management
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through a full product development lifecycle
- Strong communicator - comfortable presenting to and pushing back on executive leadership
- Highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
Nice to have- Background in consumer products or consumer electronics
- Engineering degree or working engineering knowledge
- Experience with Jira
