Job Description:

Your Mission

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager and you'll be joining our Platform team who are responsible for the libraries, services, tools, and infrastructure that power game-facing products and services across Activision. We deal with the difficult challenge of making online service development easier for our colleagues and customers in Demonware and elsewhere in Activision.

This role is based in our Vancouver, BC office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.

What you bring to the table
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
  • You will lead the development and execution of key initiatives that power Activision titles.
  • You will own internal customer relationships and manage stakeholders with different business and technical needs.
  • You will have a level of technical understanding to be able to hold your own in high-level technical conversations, and represent your teams to customers and partners.
  • You will partner with engineering leadership to align technical resources against strategic priorities and delivery goals.
  • You will drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, milestones, and delivery risks.
  • You will coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams, balancing competing priorities and managing complex technical dependencies.


Player Profile
  • 7+ years of project or program management experience in a technical environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in ambiguous environments.
  • Organized self-starter with strong ownership and adaptability.
  • Experience coordinating migrations, service rollouts, or operational readiness activities is a plus.
  • Ability to mentor fellow Project Managers and support high-performing teams.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, M365 or similar collaboration tools.

  • Scrum Master AND/OR PMP or PRINCE2 qualification

The standard base pay range for this role is $91,510.00 - $180,562.00 CAD. These values reflect the expected annualized base pay range of new hires in British Columbia, Canada. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
