Senior Technical Project Manager (Agile & Requirements Management)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with expertise in requirements management, software delivery, and Agile project management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise requirements management tools and a proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and govern business, system, and technical requirements using requirements management tools.
  • Gather, analyze, document, prioritize, and track requirements throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure complete end-to-end requirements traceability from business needs through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Support integration of requirements management tools with GitHub, Jira, and other enterprise systems.
  • Design and support RESTful API integrations to enable secure and seamless data exchange between applications.
  • Support automated build processes, deployment workflows, and CI/CD process improvements.
  • Support SSO enablement, authentication, authorization, and identity integration activities.
  • Assist with GCP deployments, cloud-hosted application delivery, and production implementation support.
  • Explore and support AI-driven solutions to improve productivity, automation, requirements quality, and delivery efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in technical project management, requirements management, and software delivery within Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one requirements management tool such as Codebeamer, Jama, or IBM DOORS.
  • Experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
  • Knowledge of GitHub, CI/CD processes, SSO enablement, GCP deployment, AI technologies, REST APIs, and requirements management tool integrations.
  • Experience with Jira and Product Management.
  • Experience with GitHub, APIs, Tekton, and GCP.
  • Minimum 4 years of IT experience and 1 year of program/project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing product backlogs using Jira.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or working within complex digital ecosystems.
