As aSenior Technical Program Manager (TPM)on the Enterprise Contact Center Technology team,you will play a critical role in shaping how enterprise-scale technology initiatives are delivered across Schwab.The teamprovides contact center technology capabilities across the enterpriseand manages the platforms that enable contact center operations across Schwab.

This highly visible leadership role drives the successful execution of complex, multi-year programs that span multiple platforms, Agile Release Trains, value streams, and business domains. Your work will directly influence client experiences, operational resilience, regulatory readiness, and Schwab27s ability to deliver strategic technology outcomes with predictability and confidence.

Working in close partnership with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Business leaders, you will translate enterprise priorities into executable roadmaps, delivery strategies, and measurable outcomes. You will guide teams through complex decisions involving scope, sequencing, dependencies, risk management, and value realization while ensuring technology investments remain aligned to business objectives and client needs.Whether supporting next-generation platform implementations, enterprise modernization programs, or strategic contact center transformation initiatives, your work will directly contribute to improving operational performance, enhancing client experiences, and advancing Schwab's technology capabilities.

Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and influence decisions across organizational boundaries. You will foster alignment across stakeholders, drive transparency through meaningful delivery insights and metrics, and help teams continuously improve execution practices. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will represent critical initiatives in governance forums, communicate risks and recommendations with clarity, and help balance strategic priorities with operational execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs across multiple teams, platforms, and business functions from planning through execution and delivery
• 7+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and business partners in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, program strategies, and measurable outcomes.
• Proven success managing program dependencies, delivery risks, competing priorities, and executive-level stakeholder relationships.
• Strong technical fluency across modern software delivery practices, enterprise platforms, system integrations, and technology architectures.
• Experience facilitating strategic decision-making and influencing outcomes without direct reporting authority.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex information, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to improve delivery predictability, execution transparency, and organizational effectiveness through data-driven decision making.
• Strong skills in program governance, financial stewardship, risk management, and operational readiness.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and align multiple stakeholders around sharedobjectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Release Train Engineering, or a related enterprise delivery leadership role.
• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience leading enterprise modernization, cloud transformation, compliance, or technology remediation initiatives.
• Experience supporting large-scale platform implementations and production readiness activities.
• Background in software engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure delivery, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and complex value stream initiatives.
• PMP, SAFe, Certified Scrum Professional, or equivalent Agile delivery certification(s).
• Bachelor27s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience coaching and mentoring Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, or delivery leaders.
