Collaborates with management and stakeholders to align priorities and goals using technical know-how in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish and refine scope and milestones for each aspect of a technical program, aligning to the broader program plan and company strategies and goals. Manages technical programs and moderately complex, cross-organizational initiatives impacting products and business. Manages moderately complex issues, bottlenecks, and risks within the scope of work, escalating when necessary. Contributes to and initiates improvements to technical programs, driving the implementation of industry best practices and moderately complex process improvements. Adapts and applies continuous improvement methods within technical programs, identifying insights within assigned workstreams to support generating recommendations that deliver operational efficiencies. Leads technical discussions within the immediate team to align priorities and facilitate collaboration on program goals. Leverages technical expertise to guide cross-functional teams. Collaborates with development teams to enhance reports, dashboards, forecasts, tools, and models. Facilitates collaboration as a technical liason with or between stakeholders teams by ensuring smooth communication and program tracking.

- Leveragestechnical knowledge to identify risks, manage scope, estimate programtimelines, request feasibility, testing requirements, and determine appropriateresources.

- Activelysupports product or service delivery and ensures they meet the applicable thirdparty, security, export, and accessibility compliance requirements.

- Participatesin rapid response to security escalations, identifying risks and appropriatemitigation strategies and supporting the optimal proposed path to resolution.

- Forecastsprogram demands and resourcing to identify risks and ensure that goals areachievable.

- Contributesto the development and implementation of process improvements to improve thereliability of products or services.

TechnicalManagement and Execution - Technical Strategy and Execution:

- Utilizestechnical knowledge to identify, track, and manage program dependencies andrisks.

- Supportsrapid response to escalations, coordinating within team and communicating tosenior team members to assess risk, determine mitigation strategies, andexecute the optimal proposed path to resolution.

- Analyzesrequirements and provides input on program strategy development.

- Helpsrefine and update delivery standards and guidelines.

- Identifiesand quantifies opportunities for process automations and advocates forprioritization.

- Participatesin incident management initiatives, as applicable.

ProgramOversight - Strategy and Decision-Making:

- Assistsin aligning priorities with customers, service, and stakeholder teams throughregular reporting to leadership.

- Collaborateswith cross-functional teams to establish and refine scope and milestones,aligning to the broader program plan and company strategies and goals.

- Monitorskey performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement methods for programperformance against established goals (e.g., scope, timelines, deliverablequality).

ProgramOversight - Program and Operations Management:

- Managesboth technical and non-technical programs and moderately complex,cross-organizational programs impacting products and business.

- Ensurescollection and maintenance of program documentation (e.g., status reports,program plans) and identifies risks and issues.

- Identifiesand addresses operational challenges that impact team adherence to servicelevel agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets.

- Managesmoderately complex issues, bottlenecks, and risks within the scope of work,escalating when necessary.

StakeholderEngagement:

- Facilitatescollaboration with or between stakeholders teams by ensuring smoothcommunication and program tracking.

- Collaborateswith internal and external stakeholders to monitor progress toward programgoals.

Qualifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $83,000 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
