John Hancock is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee the Retail Long-Term Care (RLTC) re-rate program. This role will involve detailed, hands on work with all phases of the
re-rate process. Filing, analysis, build, QA, implementation, and ongoing run for the program.
The candidate should have a strong knowledge of re-rate from a non IT and IT perspective.Office location: Boston - USAWork arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from Home; Remote working option is not available.Position Responsibilities: - Lead the RLTC Re-Rate team in their execution of RLTC Rounds/Waves
- Serve as the SME for technical questions and capabilities
- Work with various stakeholders and anticipate future issues
- Role will be asked to interact with senior leaders and provide SME level knowledge in meetings and presentations.
Required Qualifications:- 5-10 years of LTC Re-Rate Experience
- Experience with EXL LifePRO Administration System
- Experience with Pega Workflow Systems
- Working knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Working knowledge of IT Development practices
- Working knowledge of IT Quality Engineering practices
- Strong Written/Verbal communication skills required
Preferred Qualifications:- Scrum/Agile Practitioner preferred

Salary range is expected to be between$107,450.00 USD - $199,550.00 USD
