About the Role

Platforms & Services is the foundation Twitch is built on. Our teams own the internal developer platforms, enterprise systems, security infrastructure, and data capabilities that power every product and experience on Twitch. If you thrive on complex cross-functional problems where no one hands you a playbook, this is the role.

- Own and deliver large, cross-functional programs spanning platform modernization, developer tooling, and enterprise systems, managing the full lifecycle from concept through launch, coordinating across multiple engineering teams, and driving measurable business outcomes.

- Engage deeply with technical architecture and drive trade-off decisions, identifying dependencies, evaluating engineering approaches, and influencing priorities to ensure platforms evolve to meet the needs of both internal teams and external customers.

- Drive alignment across organizations operating at different speeds and priorities, navigating ambiguity, building operating models and stakeholder structures that bring clarity, and ensuring teams across engineering, product, and business functions execute together toward shared goals.
