As a Technical Program Manager at ACMF, you will own the program strategy for enterprise account governance across Amazon. You'll define the vision for how governance policies, account classification, and access controls evolve to meet the needs of Amazon's builders. You will lead cross-organizational programs from concept to launch, working with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver capabilities that thousands of teams depend on. You will build alignment across senior leaders, translate ambiguity into structure, and drive programs that operate at Amazon's full scale.
Key job responsibilities
Define and drive the program strategy for enterprise account governance across Amazon, translating ambiguity into clear roadmaps that teams can execute against.
Own cross-organizational programs end-to-end, from requirements through delivery, working with engineering, product, and security teams to ship governance capabilities that thousands of builders depend on.
Build alignment across senior leaders and stakeholders on how account classification, access policies, and guardrails should evolve as Amazon scales.
Identify gaps in how accounts are described, organized, and governed today. Propose and drive programs that close those gaps while keeping operational burden low for service owners and developers.
Establish mechanisms for tracking program health, adoption, and outcomes. Use data to inform prioritization and communicate progress to leadership.
Develop trusted partnerships with technical and non-technical teams across Amazon's businesses, ensuring governance programs reflect the needs of diverse builders operating at different risk profiles.
Evaluate complex technical and business requirements, surface tradeoffs and risks early, and drive decisions that balance governance rigor with builder velocity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
