Overview

The Senior Technical Product Manager for Data Integrations /Pipeline is to focus on providing rich data to our
population health management tooling and other downstream systems in order to make better decisions and
improve on all clinical and organizational outcomes. The data PM will work closely with internal and external
stakeholders to drive data pipeline efficiency and enrichment by identifying and prioritizing data needs across the
entire Value Based Care organization and working with our development partners to implement.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for data pipelines and orchestration services, prioritizing key data pipelines to
power the model of care and additional data needs of the VBC business.
• Partner closely with internal and external data engineering, analytics, and infra teams to define
technical requirements and align execution with product strategy.
• Define product specifications for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery flow across any batch
and streaming systems.
• Drive implementation of observability, data lineage, governance and SLAs for pipeline performance -
across ADTs, labs, HIEs, EMRs, etc.
• Be the driving force for evolving our data pipeline with value added solutions ranging from
incorporating new data streams, improving existing data connectors, data quality, risk adjustment
model insights, and more!
• Manage complex large-scale projects in clinical connectivity, operations, and Health IT across internal
and external partners.
• Possess strong written, presentation, and communication skills to explain complex data initiatives to
numerous non-technical stakeholders. Ability to synthesize complex data matters into easily
understood components with clear wins / impacts to business stakeholders - including executive
leaders.
• Ensure we are using industry best practices and approaches for prepping, enriching, and analyzing
health data at scale.

• Work closely with clinical and operational leaders, senior executives, developers, and other
stakeholders both internally and externally to understand problems, capture new ideas, and
determine relative customer and user priorities. Collaborating with downstream consumers (e.g.
market ops, clinical, analytics) to translate data needs into platform features.
• Lead cross-functional planning sessions and run agile ceremonies to keep execution focused and
adaptive.
• Define user stories, workflows, and other artifacts to drive development of new data platform
capabilities.
• Develop metrics and KPIs for the data pipeline.
• Proactively manage technical debt, scaling needs, and platform evolution.
• Evangelize best practices around data product thinking, including documentation, discoverability, and
reusability.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, with a substantial amount of that time focused on
data pipeline management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, public health, decision sciences, or another analytical
discipline strongly preferred.
• Examples of success in aligning a vision, strategy, and execution across different functional
organizations.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, plans and business
cases.
• Experience in healthcare service delivery, logistics, or supply-chain management.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records and other healthcare technology solutions.
• Experience in partnering with 3rd parties (external vendors, offshore developers).
• Prior role in Management Consulting for healthcare (med device, pharma, provider, or payer).
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products.

Pay Range

USD $150,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.
