The Sr. PLM Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in this transformation by configuring Teamcenter and Active Integrations gateway (AIG) systems. Partnering with Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and senior leadership, you will develop cutting-edge processes and tools to achieve our strategic goals. In this role, you will leverage your technical and functional expertise to deliver innovative solutions that delight customers, simplify workflows, and hit key program KPIs.
What you will do:- Configure Teamcenter to optimize and support specific business processes.
- Develop prototypes and lead demonstrations of PLM solutions that directly address complex business requirements.
- Partner with global, cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate user requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Implement and enhance Teamcenter modules-including CAD integrations, Active Integration Gateway (AIG/T4x), data management, and workflow automation-leveraging Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities to ensure system efficiency.
- Lead the architecture and execution of the PLM and Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) integration landscape, ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise systems.
- Proactively identify system improvements and develop solutions based on the latest Teamcenter releases and industry best practices.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members on Teamcenter architecture and development best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and external consultants to implement new functionalities, resolve complex issues, and maintain a best-in-class PLM platform.
What you will bring:- Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in developing and configuring Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.
- Teamcenter Architecture: Strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter architecture, underlying data models, and APIs.
- Advanced Configuration: Deep expertise in configuring and customizing Teamcenter modules, including Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, Change Management, Classification, Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP), PLMXML Administrator, Query Builder, Preferences, and ACLs.
- Active Workspace (AWC): In-depth knowledge of Active Workspace architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Enterprise Integrations: Proven experience integrating Teamcenter PLM with other enterprise systems (ERP, MRP, MES). Must include hands-on experience with Active Integration Gateway (AIG), specifically T4O (Teamcenter Gateway for Oracle EBS) and T4EA (Teamcenter Gateway for Enterprise Applications).
- CAD Integrations: Proficiency in CAD systems (specifically PTC Creo) and their seamless integration with Teamcenter.
- MBE & Digital Thread (Preferred): Knowledge of Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) concepts, digital manufacturing, and Digital Thread architectures is a strong plus.
- Complex Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a proven ability to dissect complex technical issues and provide timely, scalable resolutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders and work effectively across global teams.
- Modern Methodologies: Experience applying Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile methodologies to drive user-centric, high-value solutions.
