We are looking for a Senior Technical Leader - Collaboration and Messaging to lead the delivery and operation of enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and other related Microsoft Technologies. This role combines strong technical expertise, people leadership, and vendor management to enable a modern, secure, and highly reliable digital workplace.
What you will do- Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Define and execute strategy for collaboration and messaging services aligned to enterprise goals
- Oversee daily operations including incident, problem, and change management
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and security through strong operational governance
- Manage vendor relationships including Microsoft and external service providers
- Drive lifecycle management, modernization initiatives, and adoption of new capabilities
- Partner with security, infrastructure, and networking teams to ensure integrated service delivery
- Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements for collaboration platforms
What you will bring- 10+ years of IT experience with a focus on enterprise messaging and collaboration technologies
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (Entra ID / Azure AD) and security controls
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and service performance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive strategy while maintaining strong operational execution
- Experience with automation, scripting (PowerShell), and service optimisation
The base salary for this position is between
$102,000 - $152,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
