Full Job Description
You will own the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure at scale - from customer demand signal through manufacturing, shipping, and site landing - ensuring the world's largest cloud network gets built on time. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role where you directly influence whether critical network capacity arrives when customers need it.

Key job responsibilities

Why this role:

You own outcomes, not tasks. CDR operates at the intersection of supply chain, network engineering, and program execution - you'll drive delivery across all of them.

You'll lead through ambiguity. When demand shifts, vendors miss, or builds slip, you're the one who finds the path forward.

What you'll do:

Drive delivery performance across network rack demand streams (Bricks, Spines, Loose Gear, Scaling, New DC) from order through site installation

Own stakeholder communication for delivery status, risks, and blockers - proactively surfacing issues before they become escalations.

Manage cross-functional dependencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and network deployment teams.

Build and maintain mechanisms (dashboards, WBRs, escalation paths, SOPs) that make delivery health visible and actionable.

Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive structural improvements.

Partner with automation and data engineering teams to scale delivery insights through tooling

What you'll bring:

Track record of program-managing complex, multi-stakeholder hardware or infrastructure delivery at scale.

Ability to synthesize across data sources and present the "so what" - not just the status.

Comfort operating in ambiguity with incomplete information and competing priorities.

Strong written communication: you produce artifacts that drive decisions without requiring follow-up questions.

Bias toward mechanisms over heroics - you build systems that make the next delivery easier, not just this one.

A day in the life

Your morning starts with a miss that threatens a site deadline - you assess impact and draft the recovery path before your first meeting. Mid-day, you're connecting supply chain signals across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to catch cascading risks early. You prep a delivery narrative for leadership where the goal is zero follow-up questions. You close the day unblocking your team and documenting the pattern so it doesn't take heroics next time.

You're executing today's deliveries while building the mechanisms that make tomorrow's easier.
