Role description:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect with a minimum of 12 years experience to lead the technical design and construction phase delivery of a large-scale bus maintenance and repair facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in industrial and transportation facility design, with a focus on design-build delivery including coordination of complex building systems and stakeholder requirements.
Role accountabilities:- Lead Design Development: Oversee construction phase services of architectural design for the bus maintenance and repair building, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure compliance with building codes, transportation regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Construction Support: Provide guidance during construction, addressing RFIs and site issues as they arise.
Qualifications & Experience:- Professional degree in Architecture; US licensure required.
- Minimum 12 years' experience, preferably with industrial, transit, or public infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale facility projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, industrial workflows, and maintenance facility requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
