Description
Building exceptional teams through talent acquisition strategy, scalable systems, and intentional partnerships.
Position Summary The Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist strengthens Maxair's ability to attract, select, and retain exceptional talent by building practical, scalable, and vision-focused talent acquisition systems aligned with our Vision, Core Values, and long-term business strategy.
This role partners with leaders throughout the organization to anticipate workforce needs, build sustainable talent pipelines, improve recruiting and selection practices, and create a consistent hiring experience across branches, trades, and departments. Central to this work is establishing a consistent approach to selecting people who can succeed at Maxair and strengthen who we are. They are comfortable partnering with executives and hiring managers, developing relationships with trade schools, military organizations, workforce and community partners, and engaging directly with candidates. They bring the ability to turn Maxair's talent needs into practical recruiting strategies while continually improving the experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
