Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Miami, FL (Fully Onsite)
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Reports To: Director of Talent Acquisition or VP, Human Resources

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Miami office. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experience, and brings a proactive, consultative approach to recruiting.

Position Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as a strategic recruiting partner, leading end-to-end hiring efforts for technical, corporate, and leadership-level positions. This role requires a strong understanding of recruiting best practices, talent market trends, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights, build strong talent pipelines, improve recruiting processes, and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct intake meetings to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Create compelling job postings and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of roles across the organization.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed assessments and recommendations.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and manage communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Lead offer negotiations and collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to develop competitive offers.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality passive and active candidates.
  • Drive employee referral programs and talent community engagement initiatives.
  • Support diversity recruitment efforts and broaden candidate sourcing channels.

Candidate Experience
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and transparent updates.
  • Ensure candidates receive professional, respectful interactions throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate feedback and maintain strong employer brand representation.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, and professional-level roles.
  • Proven success sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, software, or technology organization.
  • Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple geographic regions.
