Full Job Description
The Talent Acquisition III is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment activities, driving hiring strategies, and partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple functions and geographies. This role serves as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment between workforce planning, talent acquisition initiatives, and business objectives.

The Talent Acquisition III will oversee complex hiring programs, develop scalable recruiting processes, mentor recruiting team members, and build proactive talent pipelines to support current and future business growth. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and the ability to influence hiring outcomes across the organization.
Scope
  • Leads recruitment initiatives across multiple business units, functions, or regions
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and workforce planning
  • Resolves complex hiring challenges through strategic and innovative solutions
  • Exercises independent judgment in selecting recruiting strategies and methodologies
  • Partners with senior leadership to drive hiring plans and talent market intelligence
  • Provides guidance, mentorship, and support to recruiters and recruiting coordinators
  • Receives broad direction with significant latitude in determining objectives and priorities

Your Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities across multiple functions & geographic regions.
  • Personally conduct interviews for leadership, business-critical, & strategic positions while partnering with hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process.
  • Ensure efficient management of requisition workloads, hiring priorities, & recruiting capacity planning.
  • Monitor and improve recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, recruiter productivity, hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate experience.
  • Drive optimization of recruitment workflows, systems, governance, & operational processes to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, & hiring standards.
  • Lead recruiting governance meetings to review hiring progress, delivery risks, and operational performance.
  • Own and strengthen relationships with Hiring Managers by serving as their primary Talent Acquisition partner, providing strategic hiring consultation, proactive communication, & end-to-end recruitment support.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with Hiring Managers by providing market insights, interview calibration, hiring strategy recommendations, and ongoing consultation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Hold regular 1:1 meetings with team members to review priorities, delivery progress, performance, career development, and remove operational roadblocks.
  • Track project delivery milestones, hiring workflow performance, stakeholder commitments, and operational risks to ensure successful delivery of strategic hiring programs.


Required Qualifications / Skills
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including experience leading complex hiring programs across multiple business functions or geographies
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume, technical, professional, and leadership hiring initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies, talent market mapping, workforce planning, and candidate engagement strategies
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and hiring managers
  • Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing recruiting metrics and workforce data to drive decisions
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting global hiring across multiple regions and countries
  • Experience mentoring recruiters or leading recruiting teams
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, talent analytics, and recruiting automation tools
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise ATS platforms
  • Exposure to AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting technologies
  • Professional certifications in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruitment Marketing are a plus


Salary Range
$85,120.00 - $134,400.00 USD (Salary)
