Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition:
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize a variety of platforms, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract and engage qualified candidates.
- Intake Meetings:
- Conduct intake meetings with business leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and business goals, ensuring alignment between recruitment strategies and organizational objectives.
- Candidate Assessment:
- Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
- Collaboration:
- Partner effectively with hiring managers and teams to promote an understanding of the recruitment process and provide updates on candidate pipelines.
- Innovative Recruitment Strategies:
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates, continually seeking out new methods to enhance the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience:
- Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process and providing timely feedback.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, identify trends, and report on progress to HR leadership.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Workday ATS platforms and recruitment technologies, along with experience utilizing LinkedIn for sourcing.
- Self-Starter: A proactive individual with initiative, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for Recruitment: Demonstrated enthusiasm for recruitment and a drive for innovation to attract top talent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
