SeniorTalent Acquisition Specialist! This position will be required to work in the central time zone.
What You'll Do:As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, driving recruitment efforts and identifying top talent to support our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively sourcing top talent using creative and strategic approaches, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Acting as a true business partner to operations, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Leveraging recruitment data and analytics to optimize hiring strategies and drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and results-driven professional who possesses:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
- 2 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in staffing or busy corporate environment.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to source and attract top talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Taleo) and sourcing tools.
- A passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $85,000 / year (Several factors, such as specific skill set, education level, certifications and years of experience, are considered to determine actual compensation.)
