Full Job Description
We9re seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join Appian9s Talent Acquisition team. At Appian, we9re transforming enterprise software with a low-code automation platform that accelerates business outcomes. We9re growing quickly and need a recruiter who can help scale the organization by attracting top talent for our Engineering, Customer Success, and CIO teams. This role involves owning the full candidate lifecycle while acting as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, ensuring the right people are placed into the right roles.

This position is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and leverages data, AI tools, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage elite candidates. Responsibilities include building Appian9s employer brand, optimizing interview and hiring processes, and contributing to long-term talent strategies that support the company9s growth and competitive positioning.

In this role, you will:
  • Own the full candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing top talent.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple platforms to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Appian9s business strategy, product offerings, and competitive positioning to inform talent decisions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to hiring leaders across departments.
  • Continuously improve and scale interview processes and best practices.
  • A commitment to holding oneself and others accountable for achieving results.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of proven success as a Technical Recruiter, with experience supporting Customer Success, Engineering or other technical-focused roles.
  • Bachelor9s Degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted Talent Advisor, influencing and executing hiring strategies with senior leadership.
  • Strong capacity to strategize, prioritize, and manage multiple requisitions across departments.
  • Thoughtful and self-aware in all internal and external interactions.
  • Data-driven, using market insights to guide hiring decisions.
  • High sense of urgency and tenacity; thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong experience using AI and automation tools in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting analytics.
  • Professional services experience supporting high-volume, high-demand hiring.
  • Experience mentoring and developing other recruiters.
