As a Senior TA Partner, you'll use your skills to capture top talent while helping people achieve their career goals. What You Will Be Doing: • Recruit top talent across Energy Market • Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future roles within the organization • Must be able to work well within a team setting as well as be able to work independently • Identify candidates using LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate early-stage candidate evaluations • Support recruiters and hiring managers with outreach and scheduling • Maintain accurate candidate data and records within recruiting systems • Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to meet hiring needs • Assist in ensuring a smooth and consistent candidate experience • Drive positive candidate experiences and align with existing team's recruiting process Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of successful recruiting experience • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or other relevant experience • Experience in the engineering and architectural consulting industry preferred • Strong interviewing, communication, organizational,and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in using recruiting tools (i.e. internet job boards, networking and social media). • Knowledge of Lever or other ATS systems • Must possess problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative and the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines • An understanding of OFCCP requirements, civil and energy engineering $94,100 - $120,875 a year (Salary range for CO location) Stanley Consultants is committed to maintaining transparency in our hiring process, including providing information about compensation.
