Snapshot of Your DayWe are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Partner to join our U.S. Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll play a key part in the launch and large-scale expansion of our manufacturing facility in Richland, Mississippi-an exciting, high-visibility project scheduled to open in 2027.
As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will partner closely with stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end recruiting strategies-attracting, sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to enable Siemens Energy's continued U.S. expansion and transformation. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into effective talent solutions while shaping a strong and sustainable workforce for the future.

How You'll Make an Impact- Partner with U.S. Business Unit leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand needs and strategic goals.
- Provide data-based labor and competitor market insights through regular customer engagement, ensuring proactive data analysis of historical hiring to advise future hiring strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current labor market trends, competitor movements, and general recruiting trends.
- Leading the hiring process in partnership with the Sourcing Team and TA Coordinator
- Develop expertise in assigned specialty areas, including energy industry trends and talent markets.
- Identify, build and maintain local partnerships, technical schools, universities and military transition programs.
- Train and support hiring managers, business leaders and HR partners on recruitment processes, systems, and best practices.
What You Bring- Associates degree or higher; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least 8 years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on on-site high-volume hourly, manufacturing, or skilled labor hiring. Candidates with greater or lesser experience may be considered for a higher level, or vice versa.
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver talent solutions aligned with business needs.
- Experience creatively developing and executing market recruiting strategies, including engaging local talent pools and building community partnerships.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with experience collaborating with schools, organizations, and other local stakeholders.
- Technology-savvy, with hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential HR information with discretion and professionalism.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
