Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Recruiting:
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms for various roles

Screening & interviewing:
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top candidates to hiring managers
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews as needed

Collaborating with Hiring Managers:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and develop a recruitment strategy tailored to the specific needs of each department

Building a Pipeline:
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs by proactively engagement with industry groups, professionals and passive candidates
  • Identify, coordinate, and manage attendance at college career fairs

Managing the Hiring Process:
  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to extending job offers and assisting with onboarding

Ensuring a Positive Candidate Experience:
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth interview process

Job Market Research:
  • Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks to better attract and retain top talent
