Sourcing & Recruiting:
Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms for various roles
Screening & interviewing:
Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top candidates to hiring managers
Schedule and coordinate interviews as needed
Collaborating with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and develop a recruitment strategy tailored to the specific needs of each department
Building a Pipeline:
Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs by proactively engagement with industry groups, professionals and passive candidates
Identify, coordinate, and manage attendance at college career fairs
Managing the Hiring Process:
Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to extending job offers and assisting with onboarding
