Overview:

Where this is growth there is opportunity. Pembina Talent Acquisition team is actively hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor. Reporting to the Manager of HR Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition, the Senior Advisor is a forward-thinking professional who thrives in a fast paced environment, leverages technology, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing strategies to attract and secure top talent. They proactively build talent pipelines while continuously exploring new tools and AI-driven solutions to elevate the candidate experience, enhance recruitment effectiveness and improve efficiency.

A trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, the Senior Advisor combines strong communication, influence, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and drive successful hiring outcomes. They are equally effective working within established processes or creating structure where needed, balancing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service, innovative talent solutions, and strong partnerships across the business.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Partnering with hiring leaders to understand current and future talent needs, develop talent acquisition strategies, and provide market intelligence that supports informed hiring decisions;
  • Leading talent acquisition activities from workforce planning through sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation for technical, professional, and leadership roles;
  • Leveraging recruitment technology, AI-enabled tools, data analytics, and industry best practices to enhance candidate attraction, improve process efficiency, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences;
  • Sourcing candidates via a variety of methods such as; LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct outreach strategies;
  • Using insights and market intelligence to influence decisions and improve hiring outcomes;
  • Partnering with the HR Business Partner and Employee Services teams within HR to provide a smooth, cohesive experience for hiring leaders
  • Being resourceful and capable of quickly establishing credibility; and
  • Championing Pembina's Zero by Choice safety culture and Life Saving Rules by embedding physical, psychological, and cyber safety into all work practices while taking personal accountability to maintain compliance, support audit readiness, proactively identify risks, and protect our people, assets, and data.


Qualifications:

  • Highly skilled in talent acquisition for technical, professional, operational, and leadership roles within complex, fast-paced organizations, with proven success managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility, challenge assumptions, and provide strategic talent advice to leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a complex environment with competing demands and evolving business needs.
  • Experience leveraging recruitment analytics, market intelligence, and talent insights to inform hiring strategies, improve outcomes, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a track record of driving continuous improvement, enhancing stakeholder and candidate experiences, and implementing innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with modern recruitment technologies, including SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and other talent acquisition platforms.
