Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience (or Master's degree with 3 years).
• Experience in systems engineering, particularly within a Department of War or federal environment.
• Knowledge of networking concepts relevant to Combat Data Networks and Marine Corps systems.
• Experience in implementing DoW cybersecurity practices, including RMF alignment.
• Strong background in systems design, analysis, integration, and testing in complex operational contexts.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support for development, integration, testing, and sustainment of Marine Corps systems.
• Conduct detailed systems analysis to define architecture, specifications, and workflows that meet customer needs.
• Design and manage technical baselines, adhering to department standards and best practices.
• Develop and execute system test plans and integration procedures for verification of functional and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless system functionality.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend corrective actions for performance gaps.
• Apply cybersecurity principles to ensure systems align with risk management and accreditation processes.
