Job DescriptionDescription SAIC is seeking an experienced Section Manager in support of leading a team within our customer's Office of Security. This individual is expected to operate in a diverse security environment. The position will be required to perform at a Senior level.
This position will be responsible for the following:
- Lead team members, oversee daily operations and ensure company and customer standards for performance and productivity are met.
- Responsible for mentoring staff, resolving operational issues, and enforcing policies.
- Provide subject matter expertise, assistance, recommendations and hands-on-support.
- Share knowledge and experience to facilitate effective practices and increase staff awareness of best practices.
- Approve timecards and conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications- Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
- Ability to obtain a Polygraph.
- 9+ years of overall related experience.
- Proven experience in leadership roles.
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent project planning and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
