  • Design and support enterprise platform configurations, integrations, data flows, and AI-enabled capabilities while ensuring scalability, governance, compliance, data quality, and alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting best practices, maintaining traceability across the delivery lifecycle, and supporting successful implementation and testing.
  • Act as a key liaison between business and technical stakeholders, influencing requirements, leading solution trade-off discussions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with vendors and partners to support delivery.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise applications, digital commerce platforms, customer-facing portals, and Azure integration services, leading issue resolution, process optimization, automation, continuous improvement, and evaluation of emerging technologies, including AI/ML solutions.

  • Experience with APIs, web services, middleware, enterprise integrations, relational databases, data analysis, and troubleshooting end-to-end business transactions across web and backend systems.
  • Strong understanding of digital order management and customer-facing business processes, including retailer onboarding, account management, catalog management, inventory visibility, ordering, fulfillment, invoicing, and claims.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into system designs, lead solution workshops, facilitate technical discussions, and align business and technical stakeholders on solution approaches.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and the ability to troubleshoot transactions across portal applications, middleware services, Azure integration components, and Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Experience with B2B wholesale commerce platforms, retailer portals, Shopify, Sitecore OrderCloud, commercetools, Dynamics 365, Azure Integration Services, and related cloud technologies is considered an asset.
