Work Shifts9:00 A.M - 5:00 P.MDuties & ResponsibilitiesSUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Contract Data Integrity & System Maintenance
- Oversee the contract maintenance lifecycle, ensuring accurate system ingestion of critical data points, including vendor part numbers, pricing structures, units of measure (UOM), markup percentages, and expiration dates.
- Audit and reconcile discrepancies between Contract and Item Master data, collaborating with Sourcing and MMIS teams for resolution.
- Administer user account setups and manage ongoing system permissions.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Optimization
- Facilitate contract reviews with the Sourcing team to guarantee alignment between contracts and supplier/distributor data.
- Support strategic contract enhancement initiatives in direct collaboration with Legal and Sourcing teams.
3. Training, Support & Communications
- Provide comprehensive user training for the contract maintenance application.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for a high volume of end-users, providing clear communication and system support across all organizational levels.
- Liaise with Customer Support and technical representatives to report, track, and resolve system-related issues.
4. Reporting & Team Contribution
- Generate and analyze monthly contract reports to track and support ongoing contract initiatives.
- Cross-train across all functional areas of the Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS) Team to ensure operational continuity.
Minimum Qualifications1. A Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university; and,
2. Two years of experience in business, government, hospital, educational or a nonprofit organization in analysis, development and implementation of systems and subsystems, familiarity with EDP applications and data processing programs; or,
3. A Masters Degree in Management, Business Administration or approved related fields from an accredited college or university may be equated to a maximum of one year of related experience; or,
4. A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.
Department Preferences- Two (2) years of experience managing, processing, and analyzing data.
- Strong project management skills with the proven ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet strict deadlines.
- A creative problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across various organizational levels.
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel,
- Previous experience in healthcare, supply chain, materials management, solution centers, or utilizing ERP applications is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience utilizing ERP platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
