The Opportunity:• Discuss business solutions with client business team, resolves existing problems and improves the application stability.
• Answer the technical queries, drive the product initiatives and metric collection and analysis.
• Review work products and deploy the application in the test environment and initiate the process of user acceptance testing. It includes fixing of bugs and technical errors that may come up during this phase.
• Collect, review, analyze and recommend technology and tools.
• Use independent judgment and discretion to analyze computer systems capabilities.
• Prepare detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program.
• Design and document computer systems or programs, including prototypes, flowcharts and diagrams outlining system capabilities and processes.
• Mentor software developers to complete units of work assigned to them and monitor the output.
• Provide technical training to the project team.
• Interact with and communicate detailed technical requirements to project development team.
• Perform/Support system testing and UAT testing.
• Must be able to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.
What you need:- Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, MIS (Management Information System), CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering - any branch, Technology or related field; and
- Two (2) Years of Experience as a Senior Systems Analyst - General or related occupation.
- Employer will accept a foreign education equivalent to a bachelor's degree as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service.
• Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.

Compensation Range:$144,414 - $150,000 per year; 40 hours per week; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
