Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems/network administration with lead responsibility, preferably in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Strong skills in maintaining and securing IT infrastructure across servers, networks, and storage.
• Proficiency in Windows Server/Active Directory management, including GPOs and DNS/DHCP.
• Experience with configuring and securing firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Familiarity with managing storage solutions like Synology NAS, RAID systems, and video surveillance technology.
• Experience supporting production-related hardware such as Zebra printers and BarTender templates.
• Leadership in incident response, capacity planning, and vendor management.
