Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 9+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Windows 11, Windows Server, Linux, and ESXi operating systems.
• Knowledgeable in applying STIGs and hardening systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols including DHCP, DNS, and SMTP.
• Understanding of infrastructure hardware and appliances.
• Experience with security compliance in a DoD context: STIGs, GPOs, SCAP, FedRAMP.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud technology, particularly Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Provide level II and III systems support to Helpdesk and PWC staff.
• Create and manage user and group accounts for various system enclaves.
• Develop and maintain system images and configurations using tools like MDT and Ansible.
• Implement Cyber Tasking Orders as they arise.
• Conduct system patching and regression tests to ensure stability.
• Set up and monitor backup systems, testing restore processes regularly.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resource consumption and costs.
