Full Job Description
The Supply Chain Data & Systems Specialist supports the data, reporting platforms, and procurement systems used across Supply Chain. The role focuses on maintaining reliable data and reporting environments, troubleshooting issues, administering key business applications, and enabling greater self-service access to information.

Using tools such as Databricks, Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel, and Power Query, the Specialist partners with Supply Chain, Product, and IT teams to improve data quality, support business users, and streamline reporting and system processes.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Reporting
  • Maintain and support Supply Chain datasets, dashboards, reporting structures, and analytical assets.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, reporting issues, and user questions.
  • Validate data across systems and reporting platforms for accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop reusable datasets and reporting solutions that enable self-service analysis.
  • Support administration and maintenance of recurring reporting solutions.

Systems & Business Support
  • Provide business administration and user support for assigned procurement and Supply Chain applications.
  • Manage access, reference data, workflows, configurations, and other business-managed system components.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate enhancements, testing, and resolution with Product and IT teams.
  • Maintain documentation and provide training and guidance for supported tools and systems.

Continuous Improvement & Enablement
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation, standardization, and improved data processes.
  • Support data quality, governance, master data, and reporting standardization efforts.
  • Promote adoption of self-service reporting and analytical tools.
  • Develop or support lightweight internal applications and web-based tools that improve data access or business workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience in data, reporting, business systems, supply chain, or procurement.
  • Strong SQL skills, including experience querying, validating, and troubleshooting complex datasets.
  • Experience supporting data, reporting, or business application environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred
  • Experience with Databricks and Power BI.
  • Python experience, particularly for data transformation, automation, or application development.
  • Experience developing internal business applications or web-based tools.
  • Experience supporting procurement or other Supply Chain applications.
  • Familiarity with VBA and Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Experience with data governance, master data, system testing, or application enhancements.
