Winter Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent.

We're looking for:

- Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.

- Located in the Greater Atlanta area or willingness to relocate.

- Background as a lead Superintendent on Hotel, Mixed-Use, Industrial or Multifamily (non-wood frame) projectsof $100mm+.

- Experience supervising Superintendent-level personnel.

- Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety &Subcontractor Management.
