Job Summary**

The Senior Subcontracts Coordinator at Primoris Energy Services plays a vital role in managing the subcontracting process, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of projects. This position involves supporting project teams by coordinating all aspects of subcontractor engagement, from solicitation to closeout, within the energy sector.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and issue Request for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and other solicitation documents to potential subcontractors.
* Review and analyze subcontractor proposals for completeness, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
* Assist in the negotiation of subcontract terms and conditions, including scope of work, pricing, schedules, and legal requirements.
* Prepare, execute, and administer subcontract agreements, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal obligations.
* Monitor subcontractor performance, including schedule adherence, quality of work, and compliance with contractual terms.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors regarding contractual matters and resolve disputes or issues that may arise.
* Process subcontractor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
* Maintain accurate and organized subcontract files and documentation, both physical and electronic.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, legal, and accounting departments to ensure seamless project execution.
* Assist in the development and implementation of subcontracting procedures and best practices.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior subcontracts personnel.

Job Qualifications**
