The NA Campaign Styling Team drives Lululemon's brand vision by delivering exceptional outfitting and styling for NA campaigns, photoshoots and activations. Collaborating across creative, marketing, and merchandising teams, the team sets elevated high performance x high style standards that reflect Lululemon's unique identity while staying aligned with the brand's aesthetic and design ethos. With expertise in product knowledge, global & NA trends, and performance wear, the team ensures every campaign embodies an innovative and cohesive visual narrative, exceeding industry expectations through meticulous preparation and operational excellence.

A Day In The Life: What You'll Do

The Senior Stylist plays a vital role within the team, directly supporting our Senior Styling Manager, NA and the Global Styling Director. Their work ensures the smooth execution of NA styling tasks, strategies and photo shoot execution. The Senior Stylist facilitates the essence of lululemon's product-lead business through research, cross-functional collaboration, merchandising to meet brand need, and stylistic vision. They will play a significant role in product education, translating lululemon design intent to inspire and elevate our guests and teams. This role must be able to work in our office 4 days a week in Vancouver, Canada.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Styling Execution & Project Ownership
• Lead High Performance x High Style outfitting for assigned NA campaign photoshoots and activations, ensuring alignment with NA and Global Styling strategy and brand identity. Ensuring outfitting is a balance of performance function and fashion-forward styling.
• Develop campaign specific styling strategy in partnership with the Senior Styling Manager, NA to meet styling objectives- rooted in product knowledge, marketing deliverables, creative concept and sample availability.
• Partner with Creative Directors and Art Directors to ensure campaign styling meets creative vision.
• Serve as the on-set product representative, ensuring that outfitting appears premium, onbrand and make necessary decisions to support into the marketing deliverables.
• Determine project specific hair & makeup direction, ensuring talent looks fresh, modern, and aligned with the brand styling identity.
• Willingness to travel extensively for photoshoots as required by the role, at least twice a month.

Pre- and Post-Production Leadership
• Manage the preparation and execution of style-outs, partnering with the Styling Assistant and freelance stylists to ensure smooth workflow.
• Partner with the Sample Operations team to maintain tracking sample ETAs, cancellations, and incoming product.
• Audit and refresh the NA Styling Campaign Closet on a seasonal basis, ensuring key items are up to date and available for shoots.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Support
• Work with Brand Marketing Managers to ensure product and outfitting align with campaign objectives, contributing to the creation of campaign matrices.
• Enroll and educate partner agencies on internal styling strategy, ensuring styling has input at the concepting stage for all projects.
• Oversee and manage freelance stylists and assistants, ensuring seamless execution of campaign styling.
• Lead and guide Styling Assistant and Sample Operations Support (SOS) for each project, ensuring execution meets brand expectations.

Creative Contribution & Trend Research
• Research trends and competitors, presenting innovative ideas seasonally to cross-functional teams to drive styling evolution and business impact.
• Contribute to NA Seasonal Styling Direction, leveraging industry insights, color theory execution, and lululemon's unique styling point of view.

Qualifications
Styling Expertise: Minimum 5 years' experience in the fashion and apparel industry at a medium-to-large ecommerce global retailer. Experience in domestic and international shoot productions is a must.
Project Management Proficiency: Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines with efficiency and organization.
Trend and Product Knowledge: Ability to gain in-depth understanding of product attributes-fabric, form, and function-paired with a strong knowledge of global fashion and athletic styling trends to deliver aligned, forward-thinking styling solutions that meet brand standards.
Problem-Solving and Communication: Adept at consolidating complex information, communicating clearly, and implementing innovative tools or processes with a proactive mindset.
Technical Competency: Proficient in styling tools and platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, SharePoint, Smartsheet) with meticulous attention to detail. Intermediate to Advanced deck creation experience is ideal.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$81,500-107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
