Senior Structural Engineer

Location: NYC

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually

Position Overview

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a critical role in the planning, design, and execution of roadway and highway projects. This position involves design leadership, technical oversight, construction-phase services, and client interaction, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Roadway & Highway Design: Develop design solutions for DOT roadway and highway infrastructure projects.
  • Project Management Support: Manage project schedules, budgets, technical deliverables, and quality control.
  • Construction Phase Services: Provide construction-phase services and technical support during design-build or conventional delivery projects.
  • Client Collaboration: Interface with clients to clarify project requirements, resolve challenges, and deliver technical expertise.
