Full Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role will report to the VP of Strategy & Operations. This talented and motivated self-starter will be responsible for executing a diverse array of strategic initiatives across the business, with a focus on areas of high priority for Garner's leadership team. You'll be responsible for deploying management best practices and have the chance to learn what it takes to operate in a high-performance and high-impact environment.
Where you will work:
• This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
• Execute strategic projects across the business; dive deep into areas of high priority for Garner's leadership team
• Take on a portfolio of operational processes - that you will develop and deploy - in close collaboration with subject matter experts across Garner
• Rotate through a variety of high impact initiatives providing you with broad exposure across the company
• Support Garner's strategic operating rhythm, including managing company KPIs and driving our annual/quarterly planning processes
• Work directly with Garner's leadership on high-visibility initiatives for the business
The ideal candidate has:
• 5+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment
• A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
• A combination of a high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
• A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
• Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is: $210,000-250,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.
