Minimum qualifications:

In this high-impact role, you will help us stay highly zoned-in on key priorities, enhance our engagement and monitoring frameworks across our executive leadership team.

You will work closely with executives and teams across the Data cloud organization to help them run their businesses effectively against Data Cloud's priorities. This role spans both strategic and operational efforts, contributing directly to the growth, development, and overall health of the organization. You will ensure seamless communication, alignment, and execution both internally and across Google, leading special projects, running executive leadership meetings, and managing cross-functional issues. Additionally, you will drive engagement with cross-product area partners for a systemic operating cadence.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Data Cloud leadership and cross-functional teams to establish, evolve, and run a rigorous business cadence, including quarterly/annual planning and business reviews.
  • Manage General Manager (GM) staff operations, offsites, communications and decision-making with leaders and teams within the organization and across Google Cloud.
  • Monitor and identify developments, priorities and opportunities in key domains of the Data Cloud business. Establish thought-partnership relationships with key stakeholders across the product, business, and extended functional organizations
  • Establish and run a solid business cadence to drive strategic alignment, driving regular business reviews with executive stakeholders, annual and quarterly strategic planning processes
  • Partner with the executive team to build plans and programs that inspire Googlers and create organizational momentum at scale.
