What Success Looks Like (Objectives) - Achieve measurable cost optimization and performance improvements within your first 90 days by identifying and executing high-stakes RFP/RFQ events for the marketing organization
- Partner deeply with Business Units, Legal, and Finance to ensure sourcing solutions are not just transactions, but strategic alignments with our broader organizational OKRs
- Leading the full lifecycle of complex marketing contracts, you will balance aggressive speed-to-market needs with long-term technical and legal health
- Presenting data-backed supplier recommendations to executive stakeholders will be a core part of how you influence our competitive trajectory
- Standardize sourcing processes across the enterprise to ensure compliance and ethical practices remain consistent as we scale
- Utilize AI-driven procurement tools and spend analysis platforms to move from reactive purchasing to proactive, trend-informed strategic planning

Additional Qualifications Successful candidates will typically have:
- Master's degree (MBA or related field)
- Extensive experience specifically within the Marketing sourcing category
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing C-suite stakeholders
Minimum Requirements- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain or strategic sourcing
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 7 years of experience with:
- Executing complex RFX (RFP, RFQ, RFI) events
- Strategic contract negotiation and drafting
- Managing marketing-specific vendor categories

Salary RangesCompensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
