Full Job Description
Your Role:

Join us as a Strategic Product Manager to lead the growth and market penetration of our Single Use Freeze/Thaw solutions, a critical and rapidly evolving segment within our Single Use and Integrated Systems Business. In this high-visibility role, you'll own the business strategy for 2D single use bags and assemblies serving the Bulk Drug Substance market and adjacent applications. You'll combine deep market insight, technical acumen, and commercial discipline to position our portfolio for market leadership while delivering sustainable profitability.

What will you do:
  • Develop a clear vision and strategic plan, including long-range planning, product portfolio positioning, and Go-To-Market plan for 2D single use bags and assemblies used in freeze/thaw applications such as Bulk Drug Substance, Cell & Gene therapy and High Cell Density Cryopreservation.
  • Act as the owner to drive the product development roadmap by translating customer needs, technical requirements and opportunities into business cases, market sizing, financial analysis, and forecasting, and lead successful product launches from concept through commercialization.
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with R&D, commercial, operations, and other key business partners to drive business results and accelerate innovation in a global high matrix setup.
  • Actively monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer feedback related single use in freeze/thaw applications, translating these insights into winning strategies for new and existing products.
  • Develop and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP), including go-to-market execution focused on revenue growth, operating margin, innovation, and lifecycle management.
  • Formulate pricing strategies to maximize top and bottom-line goals, taking into account the competitive landscape and customer value perception.
  • Frequently present updates and insights to stakeholders, sponsors, and senior management, demonstrating the commercial and operational impact of your strategies across the freeze/thaw markets.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or engineering or related discipline.
  • 5-7+years of experience in a product management and/or strategic marketing role within the bioprocessing industry.
  • Comprehensive Understanding of Single-Use Assemblies: Strong understanding of single-use assemblies and their critical role in product storage and transportation applications within the bioprocessing industry, focusing on their impact on process efficiency, regulatory compliance, and overall enhancement of operational workflows.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence and agility


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the bioprocessing industry with demonstrated expertise in single-use manufacturing, ideally in freeze/thaw or bulk drug substance applications.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative or scientific field (MBA, Master's, or PhD)
  • Proven experience in digital solutions, particularly integrated systems with software and customer-facing design configurator tools.
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with a strong ability to drive business results and initiatives.
  • Highly collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to influence and navigate within a global matrix organization.


Role highly preferred to be in Bedford MA/Burlington MA

Pay Range for this position: $84,600 - $178,300. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
