About your role
You'll be a key driver of how we manage suppliers, contracts, and risk across the business. As a senior procurement specialist, you'll lead complex commercial negotiations, support major CAPEX investments, and ensure our procurement practices are compliant, responsible, and effective.
What you'll do:
* Lead contracts end-to-end - drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements across materials, services, and CAPEX
* Own commercial negotiations - shaping key terms including pricing, risk allocation, service levels, and IP
* Partner with Legal to balance commercial outcomes with risk and governance
* Support CAPEX projects - ensuring clear scope, milestones, and performance standards
* Embed governance and compliance - aligning to SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements
* Drive responsible sourcing - integrating ESG, sustainability, and human rights standards into supplier agreements
* Advise stakeholders - acting as a trusted partner on contract strategy, risk trade-offs, and supplier engagement
* Improve how we work - evolving processes, templates, and negotiation approaches
About you
You're a commercially focused procurement professional who is confident leading complex negotiations and bringing structure to risk and compliance. Your background includes:
* Strong experience in procurement with a focus on contracts, CAPEX, and supplier negotiations
* Proven ability to manage complex commercial agreements end-to-end
* Good understanding of procurement governance, controls, and audit requirements
* Experience working with Legal and Compliance to manage risk
* Knowledge of ESG, responsible sourcing, or supplier due diligence
* Ability to influence and build trust with a wide range of stakeholders
Ideally you'll have:
* Degree in a relevant field and/or professional certification (e.g. CIPS)
* Experience in regulated or global environments
* Exposure to supply chain transparency or human rights initiatives
