Senior Strategic Planning Manager
Position Responsibilities:- Manages employee activities within facilities planning, ensuring alignment with the organization's long-range business objectives and strategic growth plans
- Develops comprehensive project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, and sets operational goals that support both immediate needs and future scalability
- Drives continuous process improvements by leveraging data analytics and industry best practices to enhance operational performance and supports enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
- Drives alignment with other Global Real Estate and Facilities teams, including Business Unit Relationship Managers, Facilities Management and the Construction and Engineering teams
- Develops and maintains strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners, and direct reports to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes, ensuring they support long-term sustainability, innovation, and compliance with corporate standards
- Manages, develops, and motivates employees by cultivating a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, and continuous learning
- Leads with a Seek, Speak, and Listen (SS&L) mindset, promoting open communication and strategic dialogue to drive alignment and engagement across teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- 5+ years of experience leading or managing a team
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Master's degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience coaching and developing others
- 10+ years of experience working in a dynamic environment
- 10+ years of experience leading diverse teams to include salaried and hourly employees
- Experience within project leadership including planning, implementing and executing program plans
- Experience as a strategic business partner with strong customer support, and excellent teamwork
- Experience managing on-site staff as well as remote staff
- Experience working with and developing a Long Range Business Plan (LRBP)
- Experience with real estate project management and space planning
- Experience with Manufacturing Planning
- Experience in working with state and local officials in support of planning activities

Summary Pay Range: $156,400 - $211,600
