- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities - Architect the long-term engineering direction for Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, resolving platform fragmentation and centralizing the authorization evaluation model for core platforms.
- Serve as the deep-domain technical authority on hyper-reliable infrastructure, leading complex, multi-year engineering programs to ensure fast, scalable, and always-correct IAM enforcement.
- Advise the next-generation evolution of IAM capabilities by identifying, prototyping, and integrating novel AI approaches into reliable production systems.
- Build and influence strategic collaborations with executive Google Cloud Platform (GCP) leadership (Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Technical Program Mangers) to define and drive the overarching technical goal for the IAM space.
- Provide technical oversight and thought leadership while proactively fostering a collaborative culture focused on mentoring and developing engineering talent.
