Responsibilities - Own the overall design, architecture, and implementation strategies for the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (Agent Registry, skills, and AI applications), balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
- Set the technical direction, plan project deliverables, and drive execution while making direct technical contributions.
- Lead, empower, and grow a team of software engineers by providing technical guidance, navigating complex technical choices, and modeling cross-functional teamwork.
- Establish and maintain rigorous technical standards to ensure exceptional code quality, system reliability, and overall platform performance.
- Partner with product managers, engineering leads, and internal/external stakeholders to define goals, manage strategic relationships, and drive the product roadmap.
