  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks

Minimum qualifications:
  • PhD degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience building and deploying Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) in production.
  • Experience with Machine Learning, TensorFlow, software engineering.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience partnering with researchers to build applied ML products.
  • Passion for AI technology and all of its possibilities.
  • Excellent programming/software skills like C/C /Python.
