A key product in the portfolio is the Tech Leadership Hub , an AI-native experience serving the CTO, CTO Staff, and Tech leaders across the ecosystem. It continuously synthesizes signals, surfaces personalized insights and emerging risks, and recommends next-best actions to accelerate decisions and outcomes. You will identify the highest-value problems, translate them into bold product experiences and AI-powered workflows, and lead cross-functional teams from experimentation through scaled adoption. This role requires an AI-first, consumer-grade product mindset-building personalized, proactive tools that deliver measurable value, drive repeat engagement, and scale organically across the Tech ecosystem. Responsibilities Define the AI-native product strategy • Set the vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmap for the AI Applications & Tools portfolio. • Identify high-value customer and business problems where AI can materially improve speed, quality, decision-making, and scale. • Reimagine workflows from first principles and determine where to build reusable products, shared capabilities, or platform services. Build products customers value • Develop deep insight into customer workflows, friction points, unmet needs, and jobs to be done. • Partner with design and engineering to deliver simple, trusted, consumer-grade AI experiences. • Build personalized, proactive products that surface insights, risks, decisions, and next-best actions. Drive adoption and engagement • Own adoption from launch through broad Tech ecosystem scale. • Apply product-led growth principles to accelerate time to value, repeat use, collaboration, sharing, and organic discovery. • Build scalable customer education, champion, feedback, co-creation, and advocacy programs. Lead experimentation and execution • Move rapidly from concept to prototype, validated learning, launch, and scale. • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, analytics, architecture, and technical program management. • Balance speed and innovation with responsible AI, security, privacy, accessibility, trust, and scalability. Establish measurable outcomes • Define product metrics that connect customer behavior to operational and business value. • Measure activation, engagement, retention, advocacy, effort saved, decision speed, and AI quality. • Use product intelligence to guide priorities, investments, and executive recommendations. Lead across the Tech ecosystem • Build strong partnerships across CTO Staff, product, engineering, data, architecture, security, legal, and enterprise platforms. • Align senior leaders around a shared product vision, priorities, roadmap, and investment strategy. • Raise the product management bar through strong judgment, coaching, evangelization, and hands-on leadership. How You Will Work You will apply Intuit's product management craft skills through an AI-first lens: • Product Strategy: Use customer empathy, business acumen, and AI-native product thinking to define a bold vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Technology Fluency: Partner deeply with engineering, design, data, and architecture to apply generative AI, agents, automation, and platform capabilities to unlock customer value and scale. • Organizational Effectiveness: Align leaders and cross-functional teams through clear communication, data-driven decisions, and AI-enabled collaboration. • Product Execution: Turn strategy into measurable outcomes through rapid experimentation, disciplined prioritization, end-to-end ownership, and scaled adoption. You will use AI not only in the products you build, but also to advance the product management craft itself. Qualifications • 10+ years of relevant experience , including at least 5 years in technical product management leading internal applications, enterprise tools, platforms, shared services, or workflow products. • Proven success building and scaling internal products that improve how executives, employees, and technical teams operate. • Demonstrated AI proficiency, with hands-on experience applying generative AI, agents, automation, personalization, and human-in-the-loop patterns to meaningful customer and business problems. • Strong understanding of AI product quality, including trust, accuracy, explainability, adoption, and measurable customer value. • Experience defining a bold product vision and translating it into annual roadmaps, quarterly milestones, detailed requirements, and outcome-based success measures. • Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional teams from ambiguous customer problems through experimentation, delivery, adoption, and scale. • Strong executive stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align senior leaders, navigate competing priorities, and build confidence in the product strategy and roadmap. • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and evangelization skills, with the ability to make complex technical and AI concepts clear and compelling for executive and broad employee audiences. • Proven ability to drive awareness, build product champions, influence adoption, and create momentum across teams and communities. • Strong technical fluency, with prior experience in software development, architecture, data, or another deeply technical discipline preferred. • Entrepreneurial mindset, customer obsession, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
