Full Job Description
Position Title: SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Job Summary

As Senior Staff Accountant you will support accounting and operational functions for our Vending and Market business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow in an operations-focused accounting environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support accounts receivable and cash management activities
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and assist with month-end close
  • Complete journal entries, account reconciliations, and commission processing
  • Manage P-card activity, petty cash, and fixed asset tracking
  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Assist with audits, compliance activities, and special projects
  • Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting
