Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in software testing with a bachelor's degree, or 3-7 years with a master's, or 1-5 years with a PhD in related fields.
• 3-5 years' experience specifically testing medical device software.
• Strong understanding of test automation is desirable.
• Proficient knowledge of QA processes and testing software that integrates with hardware is a bonus.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of software quality are critical.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proven analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the verification, testing, and documentation of medical device software.
• Document verification procedures, results, and maintain traceability matrices.
• Develop a solid understanding of medical device software products.
• Document testing methodologies, defect tracking, and reporting processes.
• Create, execute, and maintain test scripts for projects and regression testing.
• Set up and maintain testing environments for various needs.
• Collaborate closely with the software engineering team throughout the development cycle.
• Mentor junior SQA engineers and provide technical training for the team.
