Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Specialty Software Engineer in Irving, TX.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Participate in complex initiatives on selected domains. Assure quality, security and compliance for supported systems and applications. Serve as a technical resource in finding software solutions. Review and evaluate user needs and determine requirements. Provide technical support, advice, and consultation with the issues relating to supported applications. Create test data and conduct interfaces and unit tests. Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices. Understand and participate to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives. Conduct research and resolve problems in relation to processes and recommend solutions and process improvements. Assist other individuals in advanced software development. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:

Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related technical field.

Amount and type of experience required: 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role involving software engineering experience.

Specific skills required:

· Experience analyzing business requirements and designing scalable, efficient application solutions. . Proficient with RSA Archer 5.x+ and the broader GRC Archer ecosystem, including core solutions and data feed configurations; · Experience developing on-demand applications (ODAs), questionnaires, and enhancing core Archer applications; · Expertise in Archer development components: App Builder, Form Design, Advanced Workflows (AWF), Calculated Fields, Notifications, and Data-Driven Events (DDEs); · Experience in Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams for iterative development and delivery; · Experience with back-office functionalities Access Control, Management Reporting, Lightweight Directory Assistance Protocol (LDAP) configuration, Integrations, Workspaces, and Dashboards, Archer Services and Server Management, Archer Package Installation, Archer Upgrade; · Functional expertise across Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domains, including Risk Management, Compliance Management, Audit Management, Issue Management, and Vendor Management; · Experience creating project artifacts including Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), and managing build and release processes; · JavaScript, XSLT, SQL, and JIRA; · Industry experience in Banking and Financial Services, supporting compliance, risk, and audit functions.
